Full Groom
The Full Groom includes a warm bath with two shampoos and rinses to ensure that fur and skin are thoroughly cleansed. This is followed by a conditioning treatment if required. Your dog's coat will then be dried using a hand held warm air blower and brushed through. Ears will be cleaned, nails cut and excess pad hair removed. We will then clip, hand scissor or hand strip the dog's coat to the owner's preference. Finishing with a spritz of perfume or cologne to keep your dog smelling fresh for longer.
Maintenance Groom
Brushing is essential to the grooming process as it stimulates the skin and removes any loose hair and tangles.
After brushing, your dog will be bathed gently and thoroughly in warm water using a shampoo specially suited to their coat and skin. This will be followed by a conditioning rinse if required.
Your dog's coat will then be brushed and dried using a hand held warm air blower. Ears will be cleaned, face and sanitary area tidied, nails trimmed and a spritz of perfume/cologne to finish.
For the short coated or well-maintained longer coated dog that needs a clean and freshen up. Your dog will be bathed using a coat and skin specific shampoo followed by a fluff dry using a warm air hand dryer. Please note this treatment is not suitable for dogs with knotty or matted coats.

De-Shedding Treatment
De-shedding treatments are designed to remove the loose, dead, undercoat hair which is the primary source of shedding. This is a very popular treatment that helps to reduce the amount of hair your dog sheds by up to 80%. This service is ideal for Labradors, Retrievers, Collies, pugs and all double coated breeds.
Our de-shedding treatment begins with a thorough brush through followed by a bath using a specialized shampoo and de-shedding conditioning treatment that will help loosen undercoat hair. We then dry your dog’s coat with a high velocity dryer which will blow away the loosened undercoat, then use a de-shedding tool to remove the remaining loose hair and dead undercoat fur. Finally we go over the coat with a fine toothed comb.
Ear cleaning and nail trimming are also included in this treatment and we finish with a spritz of cologne/perfume.
Puppy Pamper
Grooming your puppy from an early age is a great way to help with “puppy socialisation” and accustom them to the environment of the dog grooming salon. Regular grooming is important for the health of the puppy’s coat as it grows into adulthood.
Our 'Puppy Pamper' consists of a gentle bath and dry, using special puppy shampoo and the quietest dryer. Finishing with a nail trim and file for those sharp little nails.
Ideally, the puppy’s first visit to the groomer should happen as soon as possible after their second set of vaccinations have taken effect. Younger puppies are easier to train so a good early experience will help to make future visits to the grooming salon feel less daunting.
